Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and support our client in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility. The ideal candidate will guide teams in implementing Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on Scrum, and help drive high team performance through effective facilitation, coaching, and leadership.
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure teams follow Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Support teams in identifying and removing impediments.
Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions.
Collaboration & Communication:
Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders.
Promote open, transparent, and effective communication across the organization.
Encourage collaborative problem-solving and address team conflicts constructively.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and report on team performance, velocity, and Agile maturity.
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks and blockers.
Leverage data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the teams.
Encourage experimentation, adaptability, and innovation.
Ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives and delivery goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Proven success implementing Agile practices across different organizational environments.
Experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Skilled at navigating complex environments and supporting team cohesion.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar Agile project management platforms.
Certifications:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required.
Additional Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Fluent English (C1/C2), con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y consultoría en entornos ejecutivos.
Disponibilidad para viajar a EE.UU. de manera esporádica. Tener pasaporte y VISA vigentes es ideal.
English Level:
C1+ English level is required.

Modalidad: Contractor (full time). La zona horaria: Eastern Standard Time. Ellos trabajan de 8am/5pm (EST).
Ubicación: Remoto (LATAM), con base del equipo del cliente en Danvers, Massachusetts, EE.UU.
